Warranty
All of our custom window treatments come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. We stand behind the quality of our shades and will work with you to resolve any warranty-related concerns promptly.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because every shade we produce is made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, production begins, and we may not be able to accommodate changes. We encourage you to double-check all specifications, including measurements and fabric selections, before finalizing your order.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery, and we will work quickly to assess the issue and provide a resolution.
Lead Times
Typical production lead times vary depending on the product and fabric selection, but most orders are completed within 2 to 4 weeks. Custom or specialty items may require additional time. Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details. Please note that lead times may be affected by supply chain delays, holidays, or high-volume periods, but we will always keep you informed.
